Hi,
your report is really incomplete. Could you at least provide what you did to
trigger the crash or freeze (both at the same time sounds unlikely).
A backtrace or a terminal output if any would be great too.
Thus marking Incomplete for now. Please set again to New as soon you
have some more information for us.
