I don't think, you did understand the problem: The windows are disappearing and they are never coming back until I unplug the Power cable!
If no Standby is involved (just unplug power and plug it in again), everything works fine: After unplugging, the effects are off and after plugging the power cable in the effects are on and everythin works fine. But if I unplug the power cable in Standby, turning the computer back on and then plugging the power cable in, the windows are disappearing and they are not coming back (until I unplug the power cable again, but in that state my computer is running only a few hours).
