In Feisty, the Software Updates page lets you see a list of changes, extracted from the changelog.Debian.gz. This is a request to link all (LP: #123456) style text into a link that opens the browser to https://launchpad.net/bugs/123456. This is in the same style as recommended by the https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/changelog-closes-bugs specification.
