Indeed, thanks for looking at it. I've attached the output you asked for. The output of ck-list-sessions correctly shows the users logged in. Bob was the active user when cdrom0 was inserted, but cannot eject it since it is mounted by user taxman. This is compounded by bug #383630 in that even if policykit authorization is given to unmount media mounted by another user, that authorization is ignored. Thanks,
