Seems this may be a known issue and has been fixed. If you'd like to test, please refer to the instructions mentioned in the link above. Alternatively you can also try running the latest Karmic kernel or try the most recent mainline kernel build, 2.6.30-rc8 - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds which should also contain the updated patches. Please let us know your results. If this is still an issue even after testing, please run the following command from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal).
