After updates tracker indexing works without problems on my machine. No further occurrences of index corruption errors. OS Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit on Ext4 (root) and a few partitions mounted (Ext3, Ext4, NTFS) with indexing activated for some of their folders. (Note: the setting "index mounted media" switched off)
