Public bug reported:

Hi,
since in jaunty the sparc support is back I would like to update my old gutsy
installations. Only issue is: which mirror has the packages?
The dvd/CD isos are available, but no mirror (not even the main mirror in US).

sparc isos for jaunty:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/jaunty/release/

In the meanwhile I found one server with the minimal data:
http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/jaunty/main/
but still no mirror.
The official documenattion for sparc on the webpages for sparc support forum
and installation hints are old, the sparc installation notes points to non
existing directories:
https://help.ubuntu.com/9.04/installation-guide/sparc/downloading-files.html

If sparc is not officially supported it should be removed from the
official documentation, or the sparc-binary tree should be made
available on the official mirrors. The current status is a bug to both
documenatation AND mirror/ports handling.
