As a workaround for anyone still waiting for this to be fixed, you can install the latest logwatch from Jaunty, found here: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/logwatch/logwatch_7.3.6.cvs20080702-2ubuntu1_all.deb
