Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-network-manager

I cannot connect to any wireless network with plasma-widget-network-
manager. I've tried both open and WEP networks (although not WPA or WPA2
secure networks), and I get no connection.

When I click the disconnected plug icon, I get a list of networks in my
area. Clicking the blue tick causes a "Connecting" popup, but nothing
happens (confirmed by having "watch iwconfig" running in a terminal - my
iwl3945 isn't even configured). Similarly, if I choose a network from
the list, I get the popup, but nothing happens.
