My laptop has not reached a critical temp yet, but I can feel alot of heat coming from the keyboard when idle. This was not the case with hardy-32bit (Clean install of jaunty-32bit currently) AMD Turion 64 ML-32 ATI 200m (currently using xorg-ati drivers, while in hardy I was using fgrlx, which is no longer available for my video card now)
