Enrico, let the battery charge until you are quite sure that it is fully
charged, then run the lshal command again and attach the output. This
could be a HAL problem (HAL getting the battery detection wrong) or a
BIOS problem (the BIOS not reporting the battery state properly).
Providing the "absolutely fully charged" lshal output may assist in
figuring this out.
