My understanding is that this bug results from the & character being invalid in strict XML. Firefox complains about this, rather than accepting it and moving on. Although, yes it's an invalid bug, this is not from Microsoft not supporting anything but IE. A great work around is to use Chromium to visit this website. http://esp.startek.com works nearly perfectly using the alpha build.
