Public bug reported:
Installing a program often add an item in the "Applications" menu.
For example, "sudo apt-get install midori" adds an item : Applications
-> Internet -> Midori.
But this item has no icon (more precisely, it has the default icon used
when no icon is available) until (a reboot | a theme change...).
The problem occurs with every application which adds an item in the
menu.
