Stephane, the patches look good, but could you please include a more
detailed description in the changelog?  For technical folk like us,
knowing it disables Nagle's algorithm is probably sufficient, but for
end users the changelog should describe a) symptoms of the problems it
solves, b) how it solves it, and c) any mention of potential regressions
that could result.  2-3 sentences is probably sufficient.
