Suspend worked in Debian, but there was no 3D acceleration (old xorg), so I upgraded to xorg from unstable and suspend stopped to work.
So, I tried suspend on Ubuntu 8.10 with this in xorg: Option "NoAccel" "off" Option "RenderAccel" "on" Option "DRI" "off" Option "AccelMethod" "XAA" And suspend works! I am convinced it is (open-source) radeon bug. -- Thinkpad R51e [IBM 1844ETG] suspend/resume failure https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/351842 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
