1. The TV is a Samsung LE27S7 2. It is connected via direct VGA cable without any converter. It worked perfectly using Hardy and haven't changed any wiring.
3. I just installed the 2.7.1 driver from the x-updates ppa and it failed with the same no screens message. 4. Since it didn't work, I activated the mode debug as suggested and attach the log file.
