Public bug reported:

There is a screen lock option in the gnome menu, but when clicked nothing
happens.
The menu item should either be disabled, non existent or produce an error
message if it cannot lock the screen due to a missing package or a similar
problem.
Tested on jaunty, since I'm not sure of the offending package, I won't add the
version number right now.

** Affects: meta-gnome2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
