Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Hello. After I put my laptop to sleep and resume clearly graphical
acceleration doesn't work. glxinfo still shows dri modes but glxgears
uses much more cpu and shows lower framerate. Also scrolling in firefox
becomes sluggish and uses a lot of cpu. Which more information is
needed? The report from apport is after reproducing the issue
