I was able to fix multiplexed sound problem by changing everything to PulseAudio Sound Server in System>Preferences>Sound. I use Exaile (and I love and recommend it) as a media player and works fine. The wierd thing is, Flash works in Opera browser but not in Firefox. Apparently it has something to do with FF configuration but I don't know what it is.
