All the sites you mention work fine for me so I can't reproduce the bug. Have a look at this forum thread and try to do what is suggested in the second post: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1142190 Note the --purge option in the first apt-get remove line. And don't forget to enable the partner repository.
