when I start a second app it starts normally, sometimes. If I stop all apps and start again the first app always starts as described in the bug report!! Having one app running does not guarantee the second will start normally, but the second will start normally sometimes. I should note that I did these tests after rebooting and besides the desktop no other apps are running.
