Here is an update. I think this is the correct way to provide the patch. This patch applies to tsclient_0.150-1ubuntu6 source with all patches applied. I recommend stealing the printer icon from Ubuntu themes for this. Also, the patch to configure.in is no longer necessary, someone already did it (I just hadn't applied the patches properly the first time).
