me again,
while on this site I report as well on
"https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/yelp/+filebug-advanced/"; saying I
have a problem with adobe flashpayer and not with yelp and reporting the
problem I got a question : see bottom of include part
"
 Include part :

0) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/300122 (from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage) : exactly the same bug

1) Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10 (got from 'lsb_release -rd' nothing
found with "System -> About Ubuntu")
2) checking in Synaptic for "adobe flash player" I find "flashplugin-nonfree"
and ""flashplugin-nonfree-extrasound" both non checked so not installed. I have
to say that I installed adobe flashplayer from the windows in google street
saying I need it to use Google street. On adobe site I selected flashplayer for
Ubuntu 8.10 . The installation went OK. And then see above the description of
the bug.
Question : is not the bug due to the fact that I installed adobe flash
player directly from internet as proposed by the link in google street and not
from Synaptic ?
Do I have to uninstall adobe flash player (how?) and install via synaptic the 2
flashplugin-nonfree packages?
Many thanks
regards
