I think the bug is with compiz.
I am using Ubuntu 9.04.
When i change applications using shift + tab if i scroll through the
applications using the mouse wheel the desktop behind also zooms in and
out and then when i select the application by releasing ctrl the
application appears zoomed in. I would expect the applications to scroll
however I wouldn't expect the desktop to zoom when in 'application cycle
mode'
