I apologize for the difficulty in dealing with this issue. However apport is not reporting a crash at all, because evolution never loads. (I mentioned that I never get a crash report in my first bug post.) Apport is enabled, and there is no crash report in /var/crash. No crash = no retrace.
All I have to go on are the errors as show in terminal when attempting to load evolution. How else can this problem be traced?
