This is still an issue. For me, there are two ways the bug appears: 1) Start Firefox. Click on the Bookmarks menu. Instead of opening the menu, the "Bookmark This Page" dialog appears. After closing it and clicking on Bookmarks again, the menu opens normally. It also opens normally if I first click on another menu item. This bug appears only if Bookmarks is the first menu I try to open after starting Firefox.
2) When right-clicking on a link, the menu appears correctly around 50% of the time. The rest of the time one of the commands is executed from that menu instead of displaying it. E.g., FF opens the link in a new window, bookmarks the link, displays the Save Link As... dialog, or opens up the mail client with the link displayed in the body of the message. I don't think this has to do with how long the mouse button pressed, and there is no reliable way to reproduce this behavior. The two annoyances might be different bugs or instances of the same one. -- Firefox annoyances when using the mouse "too fast" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/325707 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
