In facts, I have no time in the moment to test anymore brasero. I'm just
married last saturday, and it was verry important for me to burn the music
session for the city hall, so I installed Serpentine who did it well. I think I
must re-install brasero to try anymore, but to answer your question, the ogram
doesn't work with "application/accessories/cd/dvd creator. It generate the same
error than brasero.
I shall test this in some days

What happens when you click: Applications>accesories>cd/dvd creator,
then try and burn your audio files from there?
