Here is the output of "sudo apt-get install kdelibs4-dev": The following packages will be REMOVED: kdelibs5-dev libplasma-dev This is problematic for anyone wishing to be able to develop kde3 and kde4 applications side by side. Not to mention, someone attempting to port a kde3 application to kde4.
