Public bug reported: HP Compaq TC1100 tablet PC has three stylus-activated buttons on the side which do not work with stock Wacom tools. I have created a patch that adds support for them, reporting them as mouse buttons 30, 31 and 32 and have been using it for several months along with xbindkeys with good results. I have also sent the patch to the wacom-tools mailing list, but the maintainer said he first has to get a TC1100 to test it... :/
I'm attaching the patch to the bug report. If someone knows how to make the driver report key events (XF86RotationKB? not sure which ones would be appropriate), I could use some advice how to improve it. ** Affects: wacom-tools (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- TC1100: Stylus-activated buttons don't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/377444 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
