Public bug reported: Using a scanner program vuescan som works on all ubuntu 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 on installed as 386 system This system installed as amd64 and only here I get : ./vuescan: error while loading shared libraries: libxcb-xlib.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Before 9.04 you found libxcb-xlib.so.0 in /usr/lib: intrepid (libdevel): 1.1-1.1 but it is missing now in: jaunty (libdevel): 1.1.93-0ubuntu3 I tried to install from debian but complained whith
