I can't reproduce on my home system which is upgraded to 9.04. The whole point of 8.04, which I use at work, is that it's an LTS release, I won't be upgrading for another two years. I appreciate that it's often most exciting to work on the bleeding edge, but that often leaves those who need bug fixes on stable systems SOL.
