The steps Pedro Pedruzzi describes (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- keyring/+bug/328127/comments/29) are identical to the steps that originally produced the bug for me. (However, I did not go as far as he did to reproduce it again after rebooting.)
