There were lots of changes since the last merge with debian, so there is quite a bit of noise in the ubuntu-to-ubuntu patch (especially since patches changed to what looks like git format).
Since the last merge, Ubuntu enabled SSE on amd64, i386, and lpia. Debian independently enabled SSE, motion detection, and MMX on amd64 only.
