JohnShep, can you try to switch your printer to a different driver, like
pxlmono, hpijs, Generic PostScript PPD for example? Can you print then?
If yes, with which drivers? Try also choosing the manufacturer "Generic"
and things like "PostScript printer", "PCL-6/XL printer", "PCL-5e
printer". To do so right-click your printer's icon in system-config-
printer and click "Properties" in the pop-up menu.
