Thanks for the advice Chow Loong Jin. After not finding the banshee- extension-lyrics package in Synaptic Package Manager or the Add/Remove I went ahead and used the " sudo rm -r " code (found through Google) + the destination folder in terminal and successfully deleted it. Now Banshee is running as smooth as ever. =)
