Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ircd-hybrid

ircd-hybird conflicts with inspircd it should not

This is caused by hybrid's declaring a conflict with ircd which, as of
etch is effectively a virtual package. Inspircd and ircd-hybrid share
none of the same files meaning they can peacefully co-exist on the same
system if one or the other is configured to listen on a different port
or is bound to a different IP (a common situation for Ircops that have
multiple network links running on the same box).

Here is a patch to fix that

** Affects: ircd-hybrid (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
