Okie, I solved this problem. This error occur when old paths to picture folders were not still exist.
Press Ctrl+2 and enter "gconf-editor", go to apps -> wp_tray. On the right panel, right click on dir_list, choose Edit Keys and delete all values inside. Now, return to panel and add it again.
