Can anyone else affected by this > comment on whether this is actually a duplicate of 290935? I am seeing exactly what you see. Panels are fine; located where they should be, but applications launched from the :0.1 panel appear on the screen :0.0 -- and since I'm not using twinview/xinerama, I can't simply drag the app back to the proper screen. This most recent duplicate classification sure seems incorrect to me.
