Seeing someone with a fellow problem I felt I must share my findings seeing that I had the same issue, the result for me was to disable VM ware whenever I was not using it. I did this by sudo /etc/init.d/vmware stop
This instantly reduced my wireless issues with (vmnetBridge) now I have to fix my vmware problem.
