Public bug reported:

If I configure a wireless network connection as 'DHCP with manual DNS'
it will not connect unless I enter at least IP address into the IP
addresses list.

This seems incorrect since in the DHCP with manual DNS scenario I am
delegating IP address assignment to DHCP.  However, the network
absolutely will not connect unless I put someting (even junk) into that
list.
