Public bug reported: If I configure a wireless network connection as 'DHCP with manual DNS' it will not connect unless I enter at least IP address into the IP addresses list.
This seems incorrect since in the DHCP with manual DNS scenario I am delegating IP address assignment to DHCP. However, the network absolutely will not connect unless I put someting (even junk) into that list. ** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: dhcp dns wireless -- Wireless networks configured as DHCP with manual DNS will not connect unless a static IP address is configured https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/373691 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
