Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-restricted-extras

Hello.

I think that it would be a good idea if the ubuntu-restricted-extras
meta-package would include .rar support, most likely through the unrar
package in multiverse.

Unfortunately .rar files are still quite prevailent on the net, most
users don't realize that they need to install support for .rar until
they try to open a file, which must be frustrating.

I think this would be a good idea and would help users getting their
system up to spec out of the box.

Thanks in advance.
