I don't think that this bug is a duplicate. This card ist the dvb-c version
which has different hardware and driver. The bugs are only releated because
both cards are manufactured by Terratec...
Searching for the card got me to

There already seems to be a patch in the s2-liplianin repository of linuxtv.
