This is a bug for me. My configuration is a Dell Latitude D800 using NVIDIA proprietary driver version 96. I tend to get horrible scrolling performance in any Firefox that is graphically rich (or maybe that's Adobe Flash doing that) , but nothing that corrupts like this.
