Thank you for taking the time to make ubuntu better. Your right it isn't in the repository, you should ask a MOTU to include it in the repository for the next ubuntu release. Changing the https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OpenWebMail page should fix the problem with ubuntu's documentation. I have to say that it isnt a security vulnerability though.
