Unfortunately, Fibonacci's account (swapping "Intrepid" and "Jaunty", of
course) seems to be true for me too. Flash has gone silent for me after
about seven days. No other apps were affected, so pulseaudio does seem
to have restarted itself. The usual Firefox restart works around the
problem, as it did before.
The pulseaudio message in /var/log/messages is:
pulseaudio[3441]: protocol-native.c: Failed to push data into queue
last message repeated 44441 times
