Ok more test done. Looks like bios controls the fan somehow when the laptop boots on ubuntu. So what i'm doing right now is see if the fan works when using the notebook. If I see cpu temperature is at 60ยบ or above, i tweak the pollinq_frequency file and make the fan start to work.
