I can confirm this bug. I upgraded to jaunty yesterday (from intrepid) and knetworkmanager didn't appear and doesn't connect to any wireless network. Actually it shows them, but if you try to let it connect, nothing happens. Work-around using nm-applet works for me, but knetworkmanager is really totally broken this time...I also deleted any knetworkmanagerrc config files, but that didn't help either.
