Same Bug here, I also have

(II) RADEON(0): Detected total video RAM=4194303K, accessible=524288K
(PCI BAR=524288K)
in my Xorg.0.log.

Did anyone find a solution without removing 2GB Ram? I did a BIOS update
for my Toshiba Satellite A350, but there is still no option in the BIOS
to set the Ram for the videocard.
