I confirm this issue on my Acer Aspire 5920G. The Wifi and the Bluetooth automatically enable themselves on boot in latest Ubuntu Jaunty (2.6.28-11-generic x86). I see it because the button lights stay on. This was not the case in earlier versions of Ubuntu (Intrepid, Hardy, Gutsy). It is also not the case with my Windows XP OS (using dual boot).
