Alan: heh... Good question. As far as I know I haven't even looked at this bug. So something has definitely gone wrong. :-)
Andreas: The problem in #350663 is caused by an upstream bug in QT's "QGraphicsLayouts". I have no idea if that's connected to this in some way.
